Customer Rating: Summary: Not Just for Brownies Comment: I bought this pan from Amazon in 2007, but it wasn't until last week that I finally opened the package and tried it out. I bought it for baking cornbread since corner pieces are the favored ones in our family. I have used it twice ... each time using two boxes of Jiffy brand cornbread mix. The first time I set the temperature for 400 degrees and the timer for 20 minutes (which is the least amount of time recommended). I peeked at it a couple of minutes before the timer went off, thank goodness. That batch was well done....not burned, but browner than I prefer. Last night I gave it try number two. I set my temperature for 375 and the timer for 20 minutes. This one turned out perfect. My only regret is that I waited for a whole year before trying this wonderful invention.
